The surveyor warrants that the vessel survey to true and of unbiased opinion of the surveyor of the vessel's overall condition at the time survey. The report will be the sole opinion of the surveyor, whereas no warranties are expressed or implied with it. Any defects or problems, which cannot be determined without disassembly of decking, panels or other structural components, are not covered by this survey. The surveyor will have no present or prospective interest in the property that is the subject of this survey, and have no personal interest with the parties involved. My compensation for completing the assignment is not contingent upon the development of reporting a predetermined value or direction that favors the client, the amount of value opinion, the attainment of stipulated result, or the subsequent event directly related to the intended use of the survey report. The surveyor will be paid in full at the conclusion of the physical survey prior to writing the survey report.
